I received an order for two of these packs in the beginning of August this year and both came slightly puffed. I thought maybe the wrap was what was causing the slight puff feel but after a few flights it became apparent that they were bad on arrival as they are even more puffy. The ir values are ok but they have doubled in less than a month already.
