Faulty battery

My pair if batteries turned up and one was faulty. I emailed the company to make them aware and provided some images of the fault etc and they sent a new battery without any fuss. Good customer service.

these suckers hate to balance and dont stay balanced while in storage.

. just that. had one in storage for a month and one of the cells dropped to 2.4v while the others rose to 3.84. and all three that i own take forever to balance one my spektrum s1200. sometimes 2hrs to charge if i let them sit for a couple weeks. i take good care of my batteries and charge them the day i them and storage charge before i put them away. shame because they do pack a good punch.
