Quality lipo

I always check my lipo's capacity when I receive them and I've often been disapointed by the numbers, it tends to be lower in reality VS what is written on it. For the second time, CNHL is impressing me by having a very good capacity. On my 2 5000mAh 3S, i get 5211 and 5220mAh @3.3v/cell
