6200mah 6s lipo is mainly composed of four parts: positive electrode material, negative electrode material, diaphragm and electrolyte.
The positive electrode material provides lithium ions for the battery, and most of them are lithium compounds. Commonly used materials are lithium manganate, lithium cobaltate and lithium nickel cobalt manganate.
The negative electrode material is mainly graphite, and its main function in the 6200mah 6s lipo is to store lithium ions, and to realize the intercalation and deintercalation of lithium ions during the charging and discharging process.
The diaphragm is a special composite membrane, and the commonly used materials for the diaphragm are single-layer PP film, PE film and PP/PE/PP three-layer composite film. The role of the separator in the 6200mah 6s lipo is to prevent electrons from freely shuttling between the positive and negative electrodes, but the lithium ions in the electrolyte can pass freely.
Electrons cannot exist independently of the carrier, and the separator is essentially an insulator and cannot contain free electrons, so it does not conduct electricity. In the battery, the elements basically exist in the form of ions, the ions can easily pass through the separator, and the electrons are separated from their own elements and then go to the new carrier (positive electrode material or negative electrode material), when in contact with the separator, the separator cannot absorb the free electrons on the electrode. , thereby preventing the passage of electrons.
The 6200mah 6s lipo electrolyte is generally composed of lithium salts and organic solvents, and the 6200mah 6s lipo electrolyte has the function of conducting ions. The electrolyte realizes the conduction of lithium ions between the positive and negative electrodes of the battery. The most widely used 6200mah 6s lipo electrolyte is LiPF6.
The 6200mah 6s lipo has layers of lithium ions, metal ions, oxygen ions and carbon inside. The battery's reaction is accomplished by the movement of ions inside the battery, and the battery's separator acts as a barrier that separates the battery's poles.
The internal chemical reaction of 6200mah 6s lipo is a basic redox reaction, which converts electrical energy into heat energy through chemical reaction, which is also the working principle of 6200mah 6s lipo in actual use. From the chemical reaction equation, it can be seen that the charging and discharging process of 6200mah 6s lipo is the process of intercalation and deintercalation of lithium ions.
When the 6200mah 6s lipo is charged, the lithium atoms of the positive electrode will undergo an oxidation reaction, lose electrons, and become lithium ions; a large number of lithium ions generated by the oxidation reaction of the positive electrode will start from the positive electrode and pass through the electrolyte to the carbon layer of the negative electrode of the battery. The size of the battery capacity is related to the number of lithium ions produced by the reaction of the positive electrode on the one hand, and the number of lithium ions exchanged to the negative electrode through the electrolyte on the other hand.
During 6200mah 6s lipo discharge, the negative electrode undergoes an oxidation reaction, and the lithium ions embedded in the carbon layer of the negative electrode come out and move back to the positive electrode. The more lithium ions that return to the positive electrode, the higher the discharge capacity.
When 6200mah 6s lipo is charging, the positive electrode of the battery generates lithium ions, and the generated lithium ions move to the negative electrode through the electrolyte, and the lithium ions of the negative electrode are embedded in the micropores of the carbon layer. The more lithium ions are embedded, the higher the charging capacity. In general, the electrochemical reaction process inside the 6200mah 6s lipo is the back-and-forth exchange of lithium ions between the positive and negative electrodes.
