Brought back bad memories of what hobby king used to ship. Both wings had damage from the factory, then packed and shipped anyway. The bolts for the horizontal stab, vertical stab & wings were too short. Supposed to be 18mm long mine were 10mm so they wouldn’t work. Had to glue the horizontal stab on because I could only find 2 SAE bolts that would work for the vertical stab. The wings have a gap where they are to be glued together so this will take thought and work to fix the issue because they need to fit on posts that accept the bolts that are too short. There is also a gap between the rear half of the fuse and the front half because they did not fit properly. A plane that should have taken an hour to assemble is on its third day and still not ready. Also my clear canopy arrived scratched as if it were kicked around the warehouse floor to get it to the box. Very disappointed in the parts and quality control. Unfortunately I can not upload all the photos of all the damage and poor fitment, so I could only show a sample of them.

The CNHL Super Tucano 1600mm RC Warbird PNP exceeded my expectations right out of the box. It arrived extremely well packaged with plenty of protection, and every part was in perfect condition.

The paint scheme and scale details are outstanding. The finish looks fantastic and really makes the aircraft stand out. At 63 inches in length, it’s a huge RC plane with an impressive presence—definitely a great size for anyone who enjoys large-scale warbirds.

Overall, this is an amazing-looking RC airplane that appears to be very well built. I couldn’t be happier with my first impressions. My maiden flight is coming soon, and I’m excited to see how it performs in the air!

Great flying plane

read and watched all the videos and review ordered one out of the box i was disappointed, the fuse had a large blemish in frt of the canopy and the foam is very soft and dry tested the operation of all the servos and motor it all worked, glueing the wing's together i think could be avoided by adding a spar to the rear of the wing this would make it eaiser to transport and store. i have not assembled it yet .

To start, the reason for a 4 star is a couple of things that any QC person should have seen and with these issues hopefully cnhl will have them fixed and future planes wont have them.
1- some of the bolts that hold the rudder and wings on dont or didnt line up. I was able to get them in however.
2- when joining the wings with the little dihedral spar and mounting the wing on the fuselage, there are gaps on both sides where the wing does not fit flush to the fuselage. Ive heard this from many people that have this plane, mine have 1/16" gaps, but have heard that others were more than that.
3- there are areas on the flying surfaces that the paint is so thin you can see some Gatoring (not a huge deal).
My tucano came un damaged, assembly was pretty quick given the n alinement of a few bolts.

Suggestion, use ball links on your surfaces, and do away with the plastic clevaces.
This plane glys really nice. The takeoff and landings are very nice, and flys on rails with minimal trim needed.

Some reviews on it i watched claimed that they also got a battery in the box, but there was not one in mine.
I flew mine on a Liperior, and LiperiAir 6s 5000, and it CGd per the book cg of 80mm nicely.
I would recommend the plane, but cnhl get the issues mentioned fixed. And qc better.

Been wanting the Tucano since the “other guys” had it. Looks great. Finally had extra parts available so I bought it. Assembly is easy, could have more info for Flap, and rates for initial setup, but there’s a million places online with that info. The improved nose gear throws the CG way off. You will need to carve out tht center foam to slide the battery aft. Without this a ton of aft weight will be needed to balance. Model flies great. No complaints.

This plane has been nothing but problems!!! Wing bolts didn't line up correctly so a bolt stripped out and the wing is a mess now. It got 3 stars due to the looks.

Maiden and video flights went flawlessly! Slight touch of up trim and perfect flight in 10+ breeze. 6 cell 4000 with a Lemon 10 channel and satelite with Reflex V3 gyro! Could not be happier! Thank you CNHL!

Airplane looks fantastic, the build was straight forward except when installing the screws for the vertical stab 1 screw would not go in, looked into hole with a flashlight and found yellow tape shoved into the hole. Removed with forceps, inserted screw and fought another 20 minutes to get it to line up. It's finally together, looking forward to the maiden flight.

The Super Tucano is an excellent aircraft right out of the box! Flys well and is very stable. The factory CG is a tad nose heavy which is understandable. I would like to see the Z bend push rods and plastic clevises replaced with threaded rods with ball links. Additionally the flap servos are weak and will not hold full flaps. Other than that it is a wonderful airplane and looks FABULOUS!!!

Awesome plane in every way! Good quality build, majestic flying characteristics and just soo much fun! If you are on the fence, buy it! Worth every cent.

This is a must have airplane. It’s big and powerful. It has a huge presence in the air. It is well worth the money. I have zero complaints.

Purchased based on other reviews and Youtube video's, Glad i did! First flight was awesome! Very nice flying airplane. Went to together nicely, Using my spectrum setup, I could not be happier with all. Totally recommend this plane to ad to your hanger, you wont be disappointed.

Done nearly 100 flights on my Tucano now. The model is a real crowd puller and an absolute delight to fly straight from the box.

The Super Tucano flies amazing. Best plane available. There is a reason these are hard to find.
