CNHL products come with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
This warranty covers original defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, puffing, swelling, over-discharge, over-charge, improper storage, crash or water damage, connector changes, or any damage resulting from misuse or mishandling.
If you find that a product purchased from us is defective within the 90-day warranty period, please contact us to arrange a return for inspection. Based on our evaluation, we will usually repair, replace, or offer an appropriate solution at no additional charge.

Just got 6 flights on the plane today. Plane is what I’ve read for the last year on the internet-outstanding! On as scale of 1-10 it’s and 11. Flies like an older pattern plane from the 80’s and 90’s, which means smooth! I added 1 ounce of weight in the tail like on 2 Brothers and Steffan RC, and with a 5000mah battery all the way back, it’s still a little nose heavy, but it’s perfect for me. I also needed much more elevator/aileron/rudder throws than what was in the manual. With 100% travel volumes, I’m using 90% for my low rates and it does everything I need. I think for the price point this airplane is a bargain, and the landing gear is excellent, and I operate on grass.

Could not be happier. Everything from the planes package too the included battery is absolutely perfect. I own other batteries from CHL and they have great batteries in all sizes and great deals for the price. Batteries hold up very well and long cycles. Many of them are Buy one get one for a great price. Strongly recommend doing business with them. Lastly very good for delivery as well. Very fast from purchase to delivery.

First time buyer from CNHL
I purchased the Super Tucano and flew it twice today. I did have to remove some of the Styrofoam block to slide my 5200 Ma battery back a little bit to get the right CG but other than that it went exceedingly well. I commend CHNL for a prompt response and a very quick ship time to my home in Western NC. Packaged arrived as promised with everything well protected. I would have liked some more info about gluing the two halves together. Got some misleading guidance about using foam glue and it almost turned into a disaster. I caught it tin time and switched to epoxy and it turned out well. Maiden went well. My throws were super sensitive, far more than any plane I have ever flown but once I made some expo adjustments and throw rates it was a lot better. Still working on the flaps. Currently the landing flaps pitch the plane nose up at a pretty steep angle and I am working to soften that. The plane did land extremely well with 0 flaps so expecting great results when I get it dialed in. I am not a pro by a long shot but I was impressed with the ground handling and landings. Both parts were extremely smooth. The gear did excellent on our grass field. Its a good field but can be bumpy. The Tucano handled it with ease.High marks for every aspect and extremely high marks for CNHL for their no cost delivery!!!! Love that.
