6000mAh 4S Battery for the 1/8 Traction Hobby Ford Bronco Raptor
The CNHL Ultra-Thin 6000mAh 4S 120C hardcase is one of our preferred options for the 2026 Traction Hobby 1/8 Ford Bronco Raptor. The vehicle uses an open strap-style battery mount with an approximately 150 × 46mm tray reference.
At 138 × 47 × 37mm, the pack can be installed on its side, allowing the 37mm thickness to sit across the tray width while the straps secure it. The 138mm length also leaves useful room for cable routing.

EC5 and IC5 Connector Compatibility
EC5 and IC5 are physically compatible at the main positive and negative power connection. This battery can supply normal main power through a corresponding IC5 device-side connector when polarity and orientation are correct.
This CNHL battery does not include Spektrum Smart battery electronics or Smart data communication.
LiHV Charging and Maximum Voltage
This is a 4S LiHV battery. A full LiHV charge reaches 4.35V per cell, or 17.4V total.
A standard 4S LiPo reaches 4.20V per cell, or 16.8V total. Confirm the ESC manufacturer's maximum input voltage before charging above 16.8V.
If full LiHV support has not been confirmed, this battery can be balance charged to the standard LiPo limit of 16.8V / 4.20V per cell.
For routine charging, a balanced 1C rate is preferred. 5C is the stated maximum, not the everyday target.

What makes this battery different from a normal 6000mAh 4S hardcase?
Its key difference is the 37mm ultra-thin profile, which can make installation easier in height-sensitive battery trays while retaining 6000mAh capacity and hardcase protection.
Can this battery be used in the ProBoat Sonicwake 36 V3?
It is a strong dual-4S option where the boat's battery trays and straps accommodate the pack. Use two matched batteries and confirm the ESC voltage limit before full LiHV charging.
Does it fit the Traction Hobby Ford Bronco Raptor?

Is EC5 compatible with IC5?
Yes. EC5 and IC5 are physically compatible for the main power connection. This battery does not provide Spektrum Smart battery data.
Can I charge this battery only to 16.8V?
Yes. A LiHV battery can be balance charged to the standard 4S LiPo limit of 16.8V when full 17.4V LiHV voltage is not required or has not been confirmed for the electronics.
Should this battery always be charged at 5C?
No. For routine charging, a balanced 1C rate is preferred. The 5C specification is the stated maximum charge rate, not the everyday target.

CNHL LiPo batteries come with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
This warranty covers original defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, puffing, swelling, over-disacharge, over-charge, improper storage, crash or water damage, connector changes, or any damage resulting from misuse or mishandling.
