ChinaHobbyLine will not accept any responsibility for injury, crashes and damages that occurs during the use of our products. The buyer and user shall determine the suitability of the product for his/her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability associated with using the product. Before operating a Li-Po battery, you must read and comply all the safety instructions and warnings. Extreme care should be taken when using Li-Po batteries.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.

All transactions involving credit/debit cards on our Site are handled through PayPal. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorize payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the time of order.

PRICING AND ORDERS

Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Shipping costs are calculated according to your shipping destination.
