Terrible customer service

I just ordered 4 lipo’s and one of them was bad. I contacted you guys and it took a couple of days to hear back from you. You’ll told me to send a video of the battery and I did. Then you’ll told to send another video of something else. I done with you guys. I never received any response after that. I just created a claim with PayPal and none of me and my friends will order anything else from you guys.
