CNHL Super Tucano V2 1600mm Replacement Nose Landing Gear with Wheel

The CNHL STUPV2024F is a replacement nose landing gear assembly for the AviNationRC Super Tucano V2 1600mm RC plane. It includes the front wheel, landing gear strut and sprung oleo-style suspension structure used at the nose of the aircraft.

This replacement is intended for repairs after a hard landing, rough-field incident or impact that damages the original front landing gear leg or wheel assembly while the electronic retract mechanism remains serviceable.

Please note: this SKU is the physical nose landing gear and wheel assembly. The electronic nose retract unit and related gear-door components are separate replacement parts unless specifically shown.

CNHL Super Tucano V2 Replacement Nose Landing Gear

STUPV2024F replaces the mechanical front landing gear leg and wheel assembly on the Super Tucano V2 1600mm. The articulated metal structure and sprung strut are designed to restore the original V2 nose-gear geometry and ground-handling setup after damage.

Because the nose gear also handles ground steering, correct installation and free movement are especially important before the aircraft is returned to service.

Nose Gear vs Nose Retract Unit

This listing is for the nose landing gear leg, wheel and suspension assembly. It does not include the powered retract mechanism that raises and lowers the nose gear inside the fuselage.

If the wheel and gear leg are still undamaged but the retract motor or retract mechanism no longer operates correctly, you may need the separate Super Tucano V2 nose retract unit instead.

Installation Checks

• Confirm the nose gear leg is fully seated and securely installed.
• Check that the wheel rotates freely without excessive play.
• Inspect the sprung strut and articulated joints for smooth movement.
• Verify the nose-wheel steering linkage moves freely through its full range.
• Cycle the retract system and confirm there is no interference with the nose gear door.
• Check wheel alignment before taxiing the aircraft.
• Perform a slow taxi test before the next flight.
• Re-check the complete nose gear assembly after the first landing.
