CNHL Super Tucano V2 1600mm Replacement Main Wing Set

The CNHL STUPV2013 is a replacement main wing set for the AviNationRC Super Tucano V2 1600mm RC plane. It includes the left and right main wing panels in the matching V2 digital-camo finish, together with the wing joining piece shown in the product image.

This set is intended for replacing damaged wing sections after a hard landing, transport accident or major airframe repair where restoring the original wing is no longer practical.

The replacement wings retain the V2 scale outline, molded surface detail and factory-applied markings, helping restore both the appearance and geometry of the original aircraft.

CNHL Super Tucano V2 Replacement Main Wings

STUPV2013 replaces both main wing panels of the Super Tucano V2 1600mm. Supplying the left and right sides together helps maintain a consistent finish and matched wing geometry when repairing more extensive airframe damage.

The digital-camo graphics and molded details match the V2 airframe, so the replacement wings integrate visually with the fuselage, horizontal stabilizer and other painted components.

Designed for the Super Tucano V2 Wing Mounting System

The V2 uses its own main wing mounting and joining arrangement. When installing replacement wings, make sure the wing roots, joining piece and mounting hardware are correctly positioned before the aircraft is returned to service.

If the original wing mounting hardware is also damaged or missing, the STUPV2005 main wing mounting brackets and hardware set may also be required.

Installation Checks

• Inspect the replacement wing panels and joining area before assembly.
• Confirm both wing roots seat correctly against the fuselage.
• Check the wing joining piece and mounting hardware for correct installation.
• Verify all control surfaces move freely without binding.
• Inspect control horns, ball links, linkages and servo connections.
• Confirm both wings are aligned evenly before tightening or securing the assembly.
• Re-check control direction, wing alignment and aircraft CG before flight.
• Perform a complete radio range check and pre-flight inspection after major wing replacement.
