Reliable affordable battery

The black series batteries are a good product and affordable. I prefer to fly using the G Plus series because the discharge t tasting is higher and battery is lighter

25% failure rate

Poor quality control/ Not the first time CNHL has shipped me a battery with a dead cell. 3 of 4 ordered were OK, the fourth has a dead cell. Asking for a refund. Last failure they said they would ship a replacement with my next order. They still owe me a battery. Now two batteries. Not impressed.

CNHL Lipo Purchase

I purchased these CNHL batteries directly from CNHL and receive them rather quickly. So far, they have performed very well. Their resistance is a little higher than some of my other 4 cell lipo batteries of the same size but they look like they'll be okay. 1st flights in my 64mm jet did not get warm and landed with 3.75v per cell like I normally do with other lipos batteries of this size. Great value compared to price but there are better lipos for twice the price.

In this order, sadly one of the four baterries have one cell with 0.5 volts, that situation make the battery impossible to charche.
Im going to ask for a refunn for this unit.

Great Lipo

Until I find better these have to be the best value cells on the market

Battery Weight

When I buy batteries, one of the important parameters is weight to achieve good plane CG. I purchased these Lipo's based on the posted weight of 230g though the actual weight is 260g. Other Lipo's I have of the same capacity and "C" rating weigh 230g. When the battery compartment has limited space to move the lipo's to adjust CG, then you’re stuck with added dead weigh to other sections of your plane.
