- Please stop charging immediately when the cell voltage has been charged to 4.35V (Normal cell voltage is between 3.8V~4.35V).

- If the new battery won’t hold a full charge or loss the charge very quickly in a short time, please use the Balance Charger to charge and recycle several times first.

This warranty covers original defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, puffing, swelling, over-disacharge, over-charge, improper storage, crash or water damage, connector changes, or any damage resulting from misuse or mishandling.
If you find that a battery purchased from us is defective within the 90-day warranty period, please get in touch with us to arrange a return for inspection. Based on our evaluation, we will usually repair, replace, or offer an appropriate solution at no additional charge.
