EC5 and IC5 Connector Compatibility
EC5 and IC5 are physically compatible for the main positive and negative power connection. This battery can therefore provide normal main power through a corresponding IC5 device-side connector when polarity and orientation are correct.
This conventional CNHL battery does not provide Spektrum Smart battery data or telemetry functions.
Standard 4S LiPo Charging
This is a standard 4S LiPo battery. Maximum balanced charge voltage is 4.20V per cell, or 16.8V total.
Do not charge this battery using a 4.35V-per-cell LiHV mode.
For routine charging, a balanced 1C rate is preferred. 5C is the stated maximum, not the everyday target.

Is this battery suitable for the ARRMA QUAKE 4S?
It is a relevant 4S option for experienced users when the 160 × 45 × 37mm softcase pack can be securely retained and protected in the chassis.
Is EC5 compatible with IC5?
Yes. EC5 and IC5 are physically compatible for main positive and negative power. This battery does not provide Spektrum Smart data.
Is this a hardcase battery?
No. This is a softcase LiPo battery. Use it only in vehicles where the battery can be fully supported, securely strapped and protected from impact or abrasion.
Can this battery be used for speed-run builds?
It may suit compatible 4S speed-run platforms when voltage, dimensions, connector, weight and the complete power-system requirements match.
Does 90C mean the vehicle always draws very high current?
No. 90C is the battery's stated continuous discharge rating. Actual current depends on the motor, ESC, gearing, vehicle load, traction and operating conditions.
Should this battery always be charged at 5C?
No. For routine charging, a balanced 1C rate is preferred. 5C is the stated maximum, not the everyday target.

CNHL LiPo batteries come with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
This warranty covers original defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, puffing, swelling, over-disacharge, over-charge, improper storage, crash or water damage, connector changes, or any damage resulting from misuse or mishandling.
