This warranty covers original defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, puffing, swelling, over-discharge, over-charge, improper storage, crash or water damage, connector changes, or any damage resulting from misuse or mishandling.

Disapointed

Received a emailed saying my package is being shipped with pictures to not being fulfilled because its out of stock after being the first order placed on Sep 19th after the items was posted on the website.

Replacement Fus. received in poor condition.

I received the fus. in poor condition . The nose was dented as though it was droped on it, the aft part was also dented, as was the rt. wing fairing. This damage was not caused during shiping as the in simpllypacking box was undamaged. I believe it was damaged in the warehouse and simpley put in the packing box and shiped out!

Had a propeller separation while flying

Had a propeller separation while flying and damaged my Tucano. This was an excellent replacement and priced well. Service was easy and only took a few days to receive. If you are dealing with the US based part the shipping is very reasonable. However, parts from Europe have a pretty steep shipping cost if you just need something for $20.

Took 5 months to get here

Took 5 months to get here. Missing fins below tail. Terrific Decals. Wiring for rear section is installed also good fit. Fire wall mounts for motor fit elite power 52. Am using 120 amp esc and 6S 5000 battery, also separate 6V life for receiver. Props not in stock. ChinaHobbyLine sent me a frèe 6S 4000 battery because of the long delay, good people!

3 stars because of the wait of a backorder and packing

3 stars because of the wait of a backorder and packaging. when you prepay
for a backorder it shouldn't take 3 months. When you receive your package
and the box has holes in it, that's not a good sign. when I opened the box
the fuselage was in bubble wrap and taped to the cardboard. Both pieces had no packing to protect anything. Its a lot of money for dented foam

well done China hobby line. I received my fuselage as promised by Jasmine. she notified me to let me know that there was going to be delay because of the size of the box which had to be shipped. that was very much appreciated. and I received the item at the timeline as promised. Thanks again
