Product Overview
The CNHL Lightning LiHV 7200mAh 6S 120C battery is built for RC setups that require strong acceleration and stable voltage delivery.
The Lightning LiHV chemistry supports charging up to 4.35V per cell, providing improved throttle response and stronger output compared with standard LiPo batteries.
Combined with XT90 connectors and 10AWG wires, this battery is designed to support demanding RC setups while maintaining stable voltage under heavy load.
Applications
EDF jet aircraft
RC airplanes
RC helicopters
High-power RC vehicles
Large electric RC platforms
Why Choose CNHL Lightning Batteries
Many pilots compare CNHL batteries with other brands in real-world tests. A detailed comparison can be found in the following review:
What is a LiHV battery? LiHV batteries support higher charging voltage compared with standard LiPo batteries, improving throttle response and overall performance.
Is a 7200mAh battery good for longer runtime? Yes. Higher capacity can provide longer runtime while maintaining stable voltage during demanding flying or driving sessions.
Is XT90 suitable for high current RC systems? Yes. XT90 connectors are widely used in powerful RC setups because they can safely handle high current loads.
What charger should be used for LiHV batteries? A LiHV-compatible balance charger capable of charging up to 4.35V per cell should be used.
Notice
Ensure voltage and connector compatibility before use.
Do not charge above 4.35V per cell.
Inspect battery condition before first use.
If the battery does not hold charge initially, cycle it several times using a balance charger.

These batteries are hands down the best value for money on the market. I have been flying them for about a year, and have abused them, crashed them, smashed them and they are still good. Other more expensive batteries I have used have felt saggy and lost their punch early. These stay punchy even at low voltage. It takes alot to kill them. I will not buy anything else now.

Tested in my Tamiya Midnight Pumpkin, lasted almost 23 minutes until lvc.
Tested this in my Tamiya midnight pumpkin, which has a different 27t motor vs the stock one & it's great nice & punchy all the time until low voltage cutoff was reached on the Hobbywing 1060 esc.
It was picking up the front wheels the entire time, being a 27t motor it ofc sips power still so it lasted almost 23 minutes for me here, granted i didn't go full speed constantly with this but it's a blast running this old truck about.
Mounted the pack in the chassis where the electronics sit on the left side & used a battery strap i had laying around to secure it.
