Loyalty & Rewards Program Guildline

How to Earn Points

  1. Make Purchases

    • You earn points for every purchase you make as a registered member. (Typically based on order value, check your account for exact rates.)

  2. Complete Member Actions

    • Points may also be earned for other actions like signing up, completing your profile, or engaging with the community (the specific tasks and point values will be shown in your rewards dashboard after login).

  3. Points Are Added to Your Account

    • After earning, you’ll see your points in your CNHL Rewards section when you are logged in.

How to Redeem Points

  1. Visit Your Rewards Dashboard

    • Log in and click CNHL Rewards to see your accumulated points and available rewards.

  2. Select a Reward

    • You can exchange your points for discount coupons listed in the program.

  3. Apply at Checkout

    • When you redeem a reward coupon, you can apply the coupon code during checkout to get a discount on your order.

  4. Only One Reward Per Order

    • Note: only one reward coupon or discount can be used on each order. 

VIP Discounts & Coupon Redemption

  1. Login First

  2. Go to the Reward Section

    • View all the VIP-level discounts and coupon codes you have earned. 

    • For detailed information about the three VIP tiers, please visit the VIP Club page.

  3. Apply VIP Coupon

    • You can either click “Apply Code” to apply it automatically or copy the coupon code and paste it at checkout. 

  4. Restrictions

    • Only one coupon or VIP discount can be used per order.

Refer Friends & Get Coupons

  1. Refer Friends Through Your Account

    • The loyalty program typically includes a refer-a-friend feature — usually found in your CNHL Rewards once you’re logged in.

  2. Share Your Referral Link

    • Send your personal referral link or invite code to friends via email or social media.

  3. Earn Rewards When They Shop

    • When a friend signs up and makes a purchase using your referral link, you will get $10 OFF Referrals Coupon.

  4. Use Referral Rewards

    • Referral rewards will be shown in your account and can be used as coupons at checkout or exchanged for other rewards.
