CNHL Super Tucano V2 1600mm Replacement 5-Blade Propeller Set

The CNHL STUPV2003 is a replacement 5-blade propeller set for the AviNationRC Super Tucano V2 1600mm RC plane. It provides the main propeller components needed to restore the original five-blade setup after blade damage, spinner damage or a propeller-related repair.

The set includes five individual propeller blades, the spinner, propeller hub / backplate and the mounting hardware shown in the product image. It is designed around the distinctive scale five-blade configuration used on the Super Tucano V2.

The V2 uses a strengthened propeller system as part of its updated powertrain, making STUPV2003 the appropriate replacement set when servicing the propeller assembly on the V2 aircraft.

CNHL Super Tucano V2 Replacement 5-Blade Propeller

The five-blade propeller is one of the defining visual and performance features of the Super Tucano V2. STUPV2003 replaces the complete propeller set rather than only a single blade, making it suitable for a more complete propeller rebuild after damage.

The individual blades mount into the dedicated multi-blade hub, while the spinner completes the scale nose profile of the aircraft.

Strengthened V2 Propeller System

The Super Tucano V2 features an updated, strengthened propeller system. This replacement set is intended to restore that V2 configuration when the original propeller blades, spinner or hub components need replacement.

After installation, make sure every blade is correctly seated and securely fastened. A multi-blade propeller should be checked carefully for alignment, damage and smooth rotation before the motor is powered.

Installation & Pre-Flight Checks

• Inspect all five blades for cracks, deformation or other damage before installation.
• Make sure each blade is fully seated in the propeller hub.
• Install all mounting hardware evenly and securely.
• Check the spinner and propeller hub for correct alignment.
• Rotate the propeller by hand and confirm there is no binding or interference.
• Check the complete propeller assembly for abnormal movement or looseness.
• Keep clear of the propeller arc whenever the flight battery is connected.
• Re-check the propeller system after the first flight following replacement.
