The CNHL STUPV2023N is a replacement nose landing gear door set for the AviNationRC Super Tucano V2 1600mm RC plane. It replaces the front retract-door components used around the aircraft's nose landing gear bay and is designed specifically for the V2 servo-operated gear-door system.
The Super Tucano V2 adds a dedicated scale nose gear door that opens and closes in sequence with the front landing gear. STUPV2023N is intended for repairs when the original door panels, mounting pieces or surrounding nose-gear door components are damaged.
The set is supplied in the matching V2 finish and includes the nose landing gear door components shown in the product image. The retract unit, nose gear leg and door servo are separate parts unless specifically shown.

CNHL Super Tucano V2 Replacement Nose Gear Door
The nose landing gear door is part of the V2's revised retract system and helps give the aircraft a cleaner, more scale appearance when the landing gear is retracted.
STUPV2023N replaces the physical door components around the nose gear bay. It is useful after a hard landing, retract-door strike, linkage problem or other damage that affects the original front gear-door pieces.
Designed for the V2 Servo-Operated Nose Gear Door System
Unlike a simple fixed cover, the Super Tucano V2 nose gear door operates in sequence with the retract system. The door opens before the nose gear extends and closes again after the landing gear retracts.
After replacing the door components, check the complete sequence carefully to make sure the door clears the wheel, strut and retract mechanism throughout the full operating cycle.
Nose Gear Door vs Nose Retract Unit
STUPV2023N contains the nose landing gear door components. It is not the powered retract mechanism that raises and lowers the front landing gear.
If the gear door is intact but the front retract mechanism no longer operates correctly, you may instead need the separate STUPV2011 all-metal nose landing gear retract unit. If the physical wheel or nose gear leg is damaged, the STUPV2024F replacement nose landing gear is the corresponding mechanical gear component.

This replacement nose gear door set is designed for the V2 servo-operated front landing gear door system. It should not be treated as interchangeable with the original V1 / Avios Super Tucano nose gear arrangement unless V1 fitment has been separately confirmed.

Installation & Function Checks
- Check all replacement door pieces and mounting points before installation.
- Make sure each door component moves freely without binding.
- Confirm the nose landing gear clears the door throughout extension and retraction.
- Check the door linkage and servo connection before powered operation.
- Program the door sequence so the door opens before gear movement.
- Cycle the nose retract and gear door several times on the bench.
- Inspect the complete system again after the first landing following repair.
