7S XT90 Battery Option for Phoenix Model F4U Corsair 85″ (14S Advanced Configuration)

The Phoenix Model F4U Corsair 85″ giant-scale warbird is typically operated on a 12S electric system using two matched 6S batteries connected in series. That configuration provides the voltage stability and current management required for a 22–23 lb airframe.

Two identical CNHL G+Plus 25.9V 7S 5000mAh 70C batteries with XT90 connectors can be connected in series to create a 14S system. This higher-voltage configuration may reduce current draw under equivalent power output, but it requires a compatible motor, ESC, and propeller combination. It should be considered an advanced setup rather than a standard solution.
