CNHL Super Tucano V2 1600mm Replacement Fuselage Set

The CNHL STUPV2015 is the replacement fuselage set for the AviNationRC Super Tucano V2 1600mm RC plane. It is intended for rebuilding an aircraft after major fuselage damage without replacing the complete model.

The set includes the painted forward fuselage section, rear fuselage section, matching removable cover panel and the M3×14mm mounting screws shown in the product image. The V2 digital-camo finish and factory-applied scale markings match the corresponding Super Tucano V2 airframe.

Because the Super Tucano V2 features a revised forward fuselage structure and redesigned battery area, this replacement gives you the correct V2 airframe foundation for transferring your existing electronics, landing-gear components, cockpit, wings and other reusable parts.

STUPV2015 is designed for repairs where the fuselage has suffered damage but major removable components such as the wings, cockpit hatch, tail surfaces, power system or landing gear can still be reused.

The replacement sections retain the Super Tucano V2 exterior shape, high-contrast digital-camo finish and scale surface detailing, helping restore the aircraft without requiring a complete new airframe.

V2 Forward Fuselage and Battery Area

The Super Tucano V2 uses a strengthened forward fuselage structure together with a longer, more open battery compartment. The revised layout provides more usable fore-aft battery movement than the original aircraft, making center-of-gravity adjustment easier with different 6S battery sizes and weights.

When rebuilding the aircraft, transfer components carefully and re-check battery position, CG, control operation and landing-gear installation before flight.

What to Check During Reassembly

• Inspect all transferred components for hidden crash or impact damage.
• Confirm the motor and ESC are securely installed and wiring is clear of moving parts.
• Check the nose landing gear, retract mounting and steering linkage.
• Verify all servos, ball links and control-surface directions.
• Secure the flight battery and confirm sufficient fore-aft adjustment.
• Re-check the aircraft CG before the first flight after rebuilding.
• Perform a complete radio range check and retract cycle before takeoff.
