CNHL Super Tucano V2 1600mm Replacement Main Wing Mounting Brackets & Hardware Set

The CNHL STUPV2005 is a replacement main wing mounting brackets and hardware set for the AviNationRC Super Tucano V2 1600mm RC plane. These wing attachment and fixing components are installed at the wing-to-fuselage joint to help secure and reinforce the main wing assembly.

The set includes two main wing mounting brackets, one reinforcement plate and six mounting screws as shown in the product image. It is a practical replacement when the original wing fixing hardware has been damaged, lost or removed during wing or fuselage repair.

Because this hardware forms part of the Super Tucano V2 wing mounting system, correct alignment and secure installation are important before the aircraft is returned to flight.

CNHL Super Tucano V2 Replacement Wing Mounting Hardware

STUPV2005 is used at the main wing and fuselage joining area of the Super Tucano V2. The two mounting brackets sit across the wing attachment points, while the reinforcement plate and screws help secure the joint and maintain the intended mounting arrangement.

This set is especially useful after replacing a wing or fuselage section, or when the original wing fixing parts have been damaged during disassembly, transport or repair.

Installation Checks

• Confirm the main wing and fuselage are correctly aligned before installing the hardware.
• Make sure both mounting brackets sit flat against the intended attachment points.
• Position the reinforcement plate correctly before tightening the screws.
• Tighten the screws evenly without crushing or deforming the surrounding foam.
• Check the complete wing-to-fuselage joint for movement, gaps or looseness.
• Inspect nearby wiring and control connections after installation.
• Re-check wing alignment and aircraft CG before flight.
